Returns

If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed.
• In its original condition.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Exchanges

If you've ordered the wrong size, we'll be happy to exchange your item, subject to availability.

Items being exchanged must meet our return conditions and be returned in their original, unworn condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are available in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

For made-to-order products, we recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the item.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with either a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as PRJCT cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
